Master Barber

General Responsibilities

  • Greet, check-in, and check-out guests; manage appointments, take payments, and assist with inventory as needed
  • Provide optimal customer service such as tours of amenities, taking clients to their room, offering refreshments, etc.
  • Respond swiftly to current/prospective clients, and online shoppers over the phone, email, and social media
  • Ensure the store's cleanliness, which includes checking areas before use and cleaning as needed

Consultation Responsibilities

  • Conduct hair and skincare consultations in order to educate guests on the benefits and proper use of all hair/skin products
  • Curate a customized selection of products for each client that are most suitable for their hair and skin type

Social Media Responsibilities

  • Work with owners to manage all social media platforms i.e. post content, engage with followers, and marketing outlets
  • Create awesome how-to and other promo videos for each of our product lines

Concierge Responsibilities

  • Provide concierge services for membership clients such as restaurant reservations, ordering flowers, booking flights, etc.
  • Maintain and seek a network of businesses and individuals for potential partnerships and collaborations

Qualifications

  • Some college, preferably in business, marketing, hospitality, personal care science
  • 3+ years experience in Sales, Hospitality/Front desk
  • Sociable and friendly
  • Plus:
    • Strong social media presence/following
    • Hotel experience
