Part 1: Demo Video

All Applicants

The first step to joining the team is a demo video. Create a video demonstrating your skills from start to finish. The video must be edited down to 2 minutes (max) and be in mp4 format


Diamana Massage: our massage will be focused on relaxation and heightening the senses for our clients. sounds, scents, atmosphere, and sense of touch. please focus on the full body during the demo. areas of importance: chest, stomach, thighs, hip flexor muscle, glutes, inner thighs, back.


The Modern Man: is what we call our waxing service we offer for a mans penis. we would like to see how you handle waxing a penis and what techniques you use. please time yourself and share the total time of service for our record keeping.


The Faber: we want to take the skincare service to the next stage and someone who can elevate the service would be exactly what we are looking for. please execute the facial to the best of your ability and be creative if you would like to share new techniques.

Part ll: Personality Test

All Applicants

Approx 15 minutes

As part of the team, understanding our personality types help create a more effective and collaborative environment where different perspectives are appreciated, each team member’s strengths are leveraged, and opportunities of growth potential can be discovered. For Phase II, you will have an opportunity to tell us about yourself through our personality test. Please answer honestly so that we can begin fostering a collaborative relationship from day one.

Part lll: The Video Interview

All Applicants

Approx 20 minutes

After completing your personality test, it will take you straight to the introduction of your interview. You will be asked a series of questions. Each question will need to be answered before moving on to the next. This must be completed in one sitting. So make sure you have the following ready prior to starting:

  • Demo Video mp4 2 minutes
  • Cosmetology License (if you have one)
  • Proof of school enrollment (if not yet completed)

Once you have finished, your entire interview process will be completed. Simply wait 24-48 hours for a decision. After that, expect to begin onboarding and training shortly after. You will be trained in processes specific to standards set by Lucien Faber. That's it! Begin your journey today!

The School Reimbursement Program reimburses tuition for you to develop your skills while obtaining your licenses. While in school, you will be employed as Spa Assistant tasked with assisting with all aspects of the day-to-day operations including spa services.

All that we require is hard work at becoming the best in the industry. ( tuition is reimbursed with proof of monthly payment receipt)

Promotions

As we grow, our team grows with us. We provide a clear career path for those who choose to step into leadership roles such as Lead Specialist or Store Manager, which oversees our spa. Compensation packages for this position vary from a high commission percentage of up to 80% on take home pay. (all promotions, bonuses, raises are based on performance)


a) Lead Spa Professional (lead Massage Therapist, lead waxing specialist, lead skincare specialist) - overseeing staff while still maintaining a book of clients that starts with an 70/30 commission split.


b) Store Manager - overseeing all staff (supervisors and spa professionals), and assisting with the day-to-day operations of the store. Compensation would include a generous base salary, commission, and performance bonuses.
